our new baby...Ridge

baby Ridge was born wed. nov 3rd at 8:07 he weighed 8lbs. 2 oz and was 20 inches long. we're so excited to have another boy around the house! so glad he's here:)

our cute slippers!

do i need to start another post with saying how wonderful my mom is....well i'm going to anyway! are these slippers not the cutest things you've ever seen! we saw them at swiss days and my mom knew who the designer was and came home to find the pattern, and made them for all of us! they are the most comfy thing i've ever worn and perfect timing for the last week of pregnancy and a new baby! (i live in pajamas right now! nothing else fits my belly i swear it can't get any lower! 4th time sucks!) i apologize for how horrible i look! especially compared to the other 3! i'm huge! we're at least on the countdown though, a week for me, a couple for heidi and over a month for shelley! lots of baby boys! and kari just looks cute hangin with us pregos! kari had to help me tie mine cause i couldn't bend over enough to tie them myself!

halloween:)

well since i know i'm going to be too lazy after halloween....or that i'm going to be so miserable i won't post....i thought i'd post pic's of our halloween costumes before! we had our "taylor family" halloween party on sat. and it was a blast! the kids all looked soooo cute! we played games, carved pumpkins, ate pizza and had fun together.

i laugh that kembrie looks so much like dax in the skunk costume! i love that skunk! hopefully it will hold up for #4! tysie is our tinkerbell, and dax loves his knight costume!

what would i do without my mother!

seriously.....i don't know what i would do without my mom. she's amazing and helps me so much! she brought me over my baby gift today and i've been so excited to see it all done! dax wanted me to change the boys room to a "hunting" room so she did the baby quilt to match dax's existing bed spread and added the cute bears to it too! they're room will be awesome (once i get the airplanes down!) she brought me the quilt, 2 receiving blankets, my adorable car seat cover, some outfits, and super soft cuddle blanket......i'm so lucky! thanks mom! i love you:)

no more training wheels for tysie!

tysie got a new bike for waterskiing this summer and just decided to take the training wheels off the other day..(actually she threw them in the garbage and we had to dig them out)..no big deal i guess she took maybe a day with braden running behind her and she was on her own completely! crazy girl! she's my adventurous child i'm going to have to watch out for! she never thinks things through... it's so fun to watch them discover how to do something new. now kembrie is mad that she has nothing to pedal, her feet don't quite reach on the trike (which is suprising she's soooo tall!) but i bet by spring she'll be doing something to catch up with the group!

jr. silverline

tysie got to halftime for jr. silverline. it was so weird to be the parent, not the girls in charge or the coach running it! i felt so weird being on that side of things....and i can't believe i have a daughter old enough to do it! she had fun...notice how kembrie had to have a tutu on too! she had to have her hair curled and dress like tysie!

this was the morning of our primary program. our primary was amazing!

boy names, boy names......

i'm seriously getting stressed. not one boy name on the list! not one! i really like jett, but since everyone else in the world has decided to name their boys jett this month it's off the table (and braden hated it) so.......what to do?! i want a short name, and a solid boy name that's not traditional! so we're a little picky maybe that's our problem. so i'll ask i know nobody gives up thier names, but maybe you have a nephew or someone with a cute name you can't use? if anyone has any cute ones please post! we're getting down to the wire and i better at least have some options right?! or the poor kiddo won't have a name.
i already have nephews named cash, porter, owen, mason, renner ,jackson, and carter so those are all off the table. (people keep suggesting some of these names to me...)

tysie's first dance class!

i'm not sure who's more excited me or tysie! she had so much fun at her first day and loved most of all her new dance outfits she got. it's so fun for me to send my daughter to dance, something i love so much! i just signed her up for junior silverline too.....am i really that old! i told the girl who signed me up that i used to be on silverline too and she just looked at me like i was soooo old! funny!

off to school

kindergarten officialy started today! dax has been so excited, and for me today was awesome. tysie had preschool, dax was gone for a couple hours and i had just one kid for a whole 2 hours! (that'll be very short lived since nov. we'll have 2 but still a bit of a break) they both love school so much and we were so excited that dax got mrs. meyer! we just love her! these pics were on back to school night they could hardly wait to go see their teachers. i'll admit though i did get a little teary eyed watching dax catch the bus today! they just grow so fast....but i'm so excited for him. i'll have to post bus pic's later..

TOOTH FAIRY!

wow i can't believe my child is old enough to be loosing teeth! well.....we didn't actually get to do these teeth the traditional way, because his permanent teeth were actually growing behind these two baby teeth. so we went to the dentist to get them pulled. he was such a good sport and so excited to have the tooth fairy come! it was so fun to watch how excited he was when he woke up the next morning. i love the tooth fairy!
