well we did it!

i thought alot about this whole vaccine situation...and well today was the first day the shot came available and we did it! i am 100% happy with my decision, although i did have so many concerns prior. bottom line...i want my kids to be safe and my poor kembrie has enough problems no need to give her any more. just today we have to get a urine sample again and when she's 9 months we'll be back at primarys again. so needless to say she doesn't need to catch this like she did RSV (man if there could only be a vaccine for RSV!) so anyway i'm doing what i can to keep my kids healthy and safe.

my only advise. my mom and heidi got there at 12:45 today (i was a bit later) and they got numbers for us and my kids were the last 3 to get the shot today! at 3:00!!!! people started lining up at 11:15. so even though they won't start till 1:00 be early if you're going to go. hopefully it will be more organized after today.
